What does my program include?

One individual pillar includes 6 months of TwinMe. Two to five pillars include 12 months in total, capped at 12 months. Each complete program includes 12 months. Compare the included readings and payment options.

Do I have to buy all four programs?

No. Choose the program that matches your goal, or combine programs on the same virtual twin. Within Elite Health Optimization, you can also begin with a single pillar.

Can I start without a biological sample?

Yes. The platform is available on its own. Add a biological program whenever you are ready. See platform membership.
